4. Intellectual property
Interview prompts, analytics output, and Convey AI's brand assets remain the property of Convey AI. Your uploaded resume and recordings remain yours.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to the data practices described there.
6. Limitation of liability
Convey AI is provided as-is. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, employment, or specific feedback accuracy. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
